DESCRIPTION:Las meditaciones que imparte Jose Antonio son construidas a partir de diferentes técnicas y disciplinas como la psicología clinica y positiva\, el budismo Vipasana y la meditación cabalística. Esta mezcla personal\, junto con la flexibilidad que se otorga al desarrollo\, hace que cada meditación sea diferente y\, en cierto modo\, única.\nEn ocasiones\, además\, la meditación es temática. Este 1 de diciembre la meditación tiene un acento cabalístico centrado en la teoría de la luna de Piscis-Adar.
